To apply for an apartment, applicant, or applicants must make a combined 40xthe monthly rent, have acceptable credit and background check. 

If credit or income is low, a guarantor that makes 80x the monthly rent is required.

Additionally, we require you:

• scan photo of picture ID

• two recent paystubs

• last year's W2 /signature page of last years tax returns

• 1 recent bankstatement
